Section 75
Government of Nepal to be Plaintiff
(1) According to this Act, the Nepal Government shall be the plaintiff in the case of conviction and such case shall be deemed to be included in Schedule-1 of the Government Cases Act, 2049.
(2) While investigating the case under sub-section (1), the police shall take the assistance of the controller or other related experts.
